Are these products tested on animals? Our lashes 100% Mink and Cruelty Free. And we also carry Faux Mink Cruelty Free lashes.
What is the return policy? Due to the low cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. For safety we cannot handle lashes once they have been applied. Glam by Nora Torres reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. When will my order be shipped and how much does shipping cost? All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipment method and other factors. Orders over $35 will have free shipping.
Can I make changes to an order already placed or shipped? Once an item has been shipped you are not able to make any changes.
Do you offer international shipping? at this time we are only shipping within the United States.
